A Luxury Retreat with Lovely Memories
delicious food smooth transfer cute environment
The food was delicious with various options for every palate. I especially enjoyed the access to the very nice theme park. The staff ensured transfers were smooth and entry seamless, it was a real highlight. The hotel offered a warm and cute environment for both children and adults.
I found the sunbeds near the pools to be a little old. Some showed signs of wear. Replacing them would improve the overall comfort.

The staff was consistently attentive and proactive, always ready to assist with any request. Elena and Anna from guest relations helped with restaurant bookings and activity plans. The WhatsApp service was very helpful.

Our family room was spacious and designed for comfort with thoughtful touches throughout. It was super clean upon arrival and cleaned daily. I really liked the room design.

The pool area offered options for every mood, from quiet relaxation to full-on fun. The Land of Legends access provided thrilling rides and a fantastic water park. I found the gym to be well-equipped for a good workout.

Mixed Feelings About This Stay
warm room inconsistent service
The air conditioning was centrally controlled. I could not adjust it below 18 degrees , , made the room uncomfortably warm. The lobby bar also felt dark and uninviting , despite the pianist's skill. I also found the service to be inconsistent , with some staff appearing unhappy and demotivated.

I found the location great. all staff were helpful. the services were top marks. I had no complaints. the food and drinks were amazing!!! the play area was excellent too.

spacious room high floor modern decor
the room was spacious. it was a beautiful double room sea view with modern decor. we booked through tui. we requested a high floor room, and i got it.
finding sunbeds near the pools and on the seaside was a small challenge, they seemed used.
